Remote support
The overwhelming majority of support requests we receive are minor issues that crop up with advancing age of our simulators. To save our clients valuable time and money, our team is fully equipped to render remote support whenever possible. This is particularly true when it comes to software, where we generally have a short turnaround time between receiving a support request and the issue being resolved.
Onsite support
Unfortunately, sometimes the worst does happen, and hardware fails, especially with age. Hardware failures cannot be resolved remotely, as one of our trained technicians is required to either fix or replace the offending part. Thankfully, we keep a healthy supply of spare parts on hand, and a member of our technical team will generally be dispatched within a time frame appropriate to the urgency of the case to personally address the support request and return the simulator to service.
